‘Gibbs Surfacing involved in Grand Design’
Gibbs Surfacing were involved in the project, Kevin McCloud has developed and is extremely passionate about, at The Triangle in Swindon.
The two part series, Kevin’s Grand Design, follows Kevin over five long years as he sets out to prove that we can all have beautiful, affordable, eco homes for the same price as low cost social housing.
Gibbs Surfacing were hoping to lay Gibbs Cotswold Master or recycled asphalt materials in line with Mr McCloud’s Eco ethos but compromises had to be made due to the local authorities so conventional Base, Binder and an AC 6 Dense Surface Course were laid instead.
